The Ambassador you work with can say a lot about your organization.
I've been in the coalition off and on for 9 years. I enjoy fishing, hiking, just being outside and playing music when I have time. My favorite thing about the coalition is the Peer to Peer model that the coalition uses to educate other youth in our community.
Has been a member of the coalition for 6 years. She has been a part of the Prescription Drug Disposal Event since 9/2010 working as the "youth perspective" speaking on television, radio and in newspaper articles. Her long-time platform of Proper Disposal of Prescription Medication is geared toward the prevention of opioid abuse and environmental safety. Her goal is to educate about proper ways to dispose of the medication that are environmentally friendly and keep our community safe.
I've been in the coalition for 8 years. I like to work on vehicles in my spare time and am constantly looking for good deals on tools. My favorite thing about the coalition is just getting to see everyone when we do our meetings and engage with other youth who are making a positive impact in our communities.
I've been in the coalition for 1 year. I enjoy hanging out with friends and playing video games in my free time. The Witcher 3 is probably my favorite game. My favorite thing about the coalition is getting to volunteer at all of the cool events that are hosted by the coalition.
I've been in the coalition for 4 years. In my free time I enjoy participating in pageantry and the work that goes into that as well as spending time with my dogs. My favorite thing about the coalition is also my favorite thing about pageantry and that is just giving back to my community and making it a better and happier place.
I have been in the coalition for 3 years. In my free time I enjoy camping hiking, swimming, and doing lots of volunteering. My favorite part of the coalition is being able to attend all of the different events that the coalition hosts. It is super interesting getting to meet everyone who attends.
I have been in the coalition for 1.5 years. In my free time I like to work out, play with my dog, drink coffee, hike, play WOW, and watch the office on repeat. Being a part of HVHC allows me to be around people who share a common interest in healthy activities and has provided me with many opportunities to engage in substance abuse and bullying prevention efforts in our community.
